Great leaders use dialogue not monologue to succeed

Vicky Reddington recent post; Where I didn’t agree with the last share I read from Forbes which suggested that you can compensate for a poor culture with table tennis tables, massages and yoga classes, this post is right on the money! We have all experienced many leadership styles, those that are great have a communication style of dialogue not monologue. It is this dialogue that builds the trust and respect that is the foundation for great culture. Too many leaders communicate in monologue.
